Background: Raised catholic, got an "f" on my report card. Went to public school and did a ton of sports with pole vault being the best. Got my first sponsor which was a black man in Chicago that was a mortician (that is a long yet good story). Dropped basketball and track and pissed my parents off cause I told them if I ever get a sponsor I am quitting all sports with teams and a coach. Got my license and traveled every weekend, contests, riding, etc. Picked up numerous sponsors (my list is pretty long, been around for awhile). Decided to move to warm climate for winters, in Arizona. This is where everything gets weird, but I rode my ass off and started winning contests and getting interviews. Then for a change went to Florida where I liked it but didn't know why. Broke my back and had way to much time to think. Which brought me back to Florida where I thought I should be. Started Mission SkatePark. Won Nora cups for 2002-2004, Funny I only have two hands. Lived at the park and saved money for a house. Neighbors introduced me to their daughter, now my wife. Started Mesh with some New Yorkers. Wedding, baby, cats, cut the lawn, make dinner, watch a lot of TV, get up way too early, and work my ass off at home in my office, run a lot of UGP, ride for profile, on the internet hours a day, ride almost every day, and wouldn't change a thing.
